  • 1 x spatula

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups boiled rice
  • 3 to 4 cloves of ginger
  • 3 to 4 cloves of garlic
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 green onion
  • 1 onion
  • 2 to 3 green chillies
  • 50 gm beans
  • 50 gm cauliflower
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • ½ tbsp black pepper
  • Oil
  • Salt

Instructions
 

How to make veg fried rice

  • Cut onion in slice shape. Finely chop green onion, carrot, capsicum, green chillies, ginger garlic and cauliflower.
  • Now heat the 2 tbsp of oil in a deep wok.
  • Now fry onion, ginger-garlic and green chillies for 1 to 2 minutes.
  • Now add carrot, capsicum, beans, cauliflower, and green onion.
  • Do not fry vegetables fully they should be half-cooked and crispy for good flavours and taste
  • Fry vegetables for 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Add soy sauce, vinegar, black pepper and salt(According to taste) to the vegetable.
  • Add boiled rice and gently mix it well.
  • Cook for 2 to 3 minutes on low flame.
  • Kudos!!! Your veg fried rice is ready to serve.

Do not over boil rice.
