- 3 cups boiled rice
- 3 to 4 cloves of ginger
- 3 to 4 cloves of garlic
- 1 carrot
- 1 green onion
- 1 onion
- 2 to 3 green chillies
- 50 gm beans
- 50 gm cauliflower
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- ½ tbsp black pepper
- Oil
- Salt
How to make veg fried rice
Cut onion in slice shape. Finely chop green onion, carrot, capsicum, green chillies, ginger garlic and cauliflower.
Now heat the 2 tbsp of oil in a deep wok.
Now fry onion, ginger-garlic and green chillies for 1 to 2 minutes.
Now add carrot, capsicum, beans, cauliflower, and green onion.
Do not fry vegetables fully they should be half-cooked and crispy for good flavours and taste
Fry vegetables for 2 to 3 minutes.
Add soy sauce, vinegar, black pepper and salt(According to taste) to the vegetable.
Add boiled rice and gently mix it well.
Cook for 2 to 3 minutes on low flame.
Kudos!!! Your veg fried rice is ready to serve.
Do not over boil rice.
Do not add extra salt because sauces already consist of salt.
