  • 2 medium potatoes boiled, peeled and cut in cubes
  • 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin-Coriander Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Chaat Masala Powder
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped Onion
  • 1 tbsp Green Coriander Chutney
  • tbsp Sweet Tamarind Chutney
  • 4 tbsp of Curd
  • 2 tbsp Sev
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped Coriander Leaves
  • Salt to taste
  • tbsp Oil
  • tbsp Oil

Instructions
 

How to make aloo chaat.

  • Take a pressure cooker and boil 2 medium potatoes till 3 whistles
  • Heat oil in a non-stick frying pan.
  • Add boiled and cubed potatoes and shallow fry them until light golden brown and crispy.
  • Fry till light golden brown over medium flame. Stir in between occasionally to fry them evenly.
  • Now transfer them to a large bowl.
  • Sprinkle red chilli powder, cumin-coriander powder and chaat masala powder over it.
  • Add 1 lemon juice.
  • Mix well so potato pieces coat well with the masala.
  • Now add green coriander chutney, sweet tamarind chutney and onion.
  • Mix well
  • Now add curd according to taste.
  • Garnish with sev and coriander leaves. Aloo Chaat is ready for serving. Serve it hot and enjoy
