Ingredients
  

For fry chicken

  • 300 gm of boneless chicken
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour maida
  • 1 cup cornflour
  • Salt
  • Black pepper

For chilli chicken sauce

  • 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 1 tbsp chilli sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • ½ tbsp vinegar
  • 1 or 2 onions diced
  • 5 to 6 ginger garlic cloves chopped
  • ½ tbsp dried red chilli
  • 2 to 3 green chillies chopped
  • ½ tbsp red chilli powder
  • ½ cup chopped coriander and spring onion

How to fry chicken for chilli chicken

  • Cut the boneless chicken into small pieces.
  • Take a deep bowl and put the chicken into it.
  • Now add all-purpose flour, cornflour, salt, pepper and ½ tbsps of soy sauce and ginger garlic paste.
  • Now add 1/4th cup of water.
  • Now mix it well and keep it aside for 10 minutes.
  • Now take a wok or deep frying pan and heat the oil.
  • Now deep fry the chicken pieces.
  • Fry chicken till it turns golden brown. Now drain the excess oil from the chicken and keep it aside.

How to make chilli chicken sauce

  • Take a deep frying pan
  • Heat oil add ginger garlic paste and fry it
  • Now add sugar, salt, green chillies, onion and capsicum.
  • Toss well and cook for 1 minute.
  • Add dry red chilli, red chilli powder, soy sauce, green chilli sauce, vinegar, tomato ketchup and cook for 1 minute.
  • Now Add in water and cook till oil separates from the sauces.

How to make chilli chicken

  • After your sauce is ready put your fried chicken into it and toss well.
  • Cook for 2 minutes.
