Ingredients
  

  • 250 gm Potatoes
  • 100 gm Onions
  • 100 gm capsicum
  • 2 to 3 green chilli
  • 1 and ½ tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 4 tbsp corn flour
  • 2 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 and ½ tbsp green chilli sauce
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • ½ tbsp schezwan sauce
  • Salt
  • Oil
  • 1 ltr Water

Instructions
 

  • Firstly, wash the potato and peel it. Now cut potatoes in the shape of french fries and put them in salt water for 5 minutes.
  • Now prepare a mix of cornflour and water with salt .*Note- Mix should be thick.
  • Now take out the soaked potatoes from salt water and wipe the remaining water from the potatoes and dip the potatoes in a mix of cornflour and water.
  • Now take a wok or pan and heat the required oil and deep fry potatoes.

How To make chilli potato sauce.

  • Now take a pan, heat 2 tbsp of oil and put ginger garlic paste.Add Diced onions, capsicum and green chillies and fry these veggies for 4 to 5 minutes on low flame.
  • After the veggies are fried add soy sauce, tomato sauce, green chilli sauce and schezwan sauce and mix it well.
  • After our sauce is cooked now add 1 tbsp of cornflour mix with ¼ cup water in the sauce.
  • Now add ½ tbsp sugar and salt(according to taste) in the sauce and cook the sauce for 1 to 2 minutes.
  • Now add our crispy fried potatoes and 1 tbsp vinegar in the sauce and mix it well. Garnish it with green coriander.
  • Kudos!!! Your home made chilli potato is now ready and serve it hot. Enjoy your meal.
