  • 200 g paneer cubed
  • 1 cup thinly sliced colorful bell peppers
  • 1 cup thinly sliced red onions
  • 2 tbsp Korean Bulgogi sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tsp red chili flakes adjust to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh coriander for garnish
  • Taco shells or tortillas

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, marinate paneer with Bulgogi sauce, soy sauce, ginger-garlic paste, red chili flakes, and a pinch of salt. Allow it to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  • Sauté marinated paneer in sesame oil until golden and cooked through.
  • In the same pan, add sliced bell peppers and onions. Cook until slightly tender yet still crisp.
  • Warm taco shells or tortillas according to package instructions.
