  • 1 x Boiling pot
  • 2 x Spatula
  • 1 x Bowl
  • 1 x Frying pan.
  • 1 x Whisker

Ingredients
  

  • 250 gm penne pasta
  • 2 tbsp whole wheat flour maida
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1 and ½ cup cold milk
  • 1 tbsp oregano
  • ½ tbsp chilli flakes
  • ½ tbsp black pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 1 green capsicum
  • 1 carrot
  • ¼ cup broccoli
  • ¼ cup sweet corn
  • 2 to 4 cloves of garlic
  • Salt
  • Oil
  • Water

Pasta and Veggies preparation

  • Take a boiling pan fill it half with water and boil it.
  • Now add a few drops of oil and a pinch of salt in water.
  • Now add pasta and Boil them until al-dente (cooked but not very soft). It will take around 10-12 minutes.
  • Now check whether pasta is cooked or not, take one pasta with a fork and bite it. If it is a little firm to bite, it is cooked. If it is too hard to bite, it requires more cooking.
  • Transfer cooked pasta to a large colander and drain excess water.
  • Now take a frying pan and add 2 tbsp of oil to it.
  • Now add chopped veggies and saute them do not cook fully.

How to prepare white sauce for pasta

  • Take a pan and set it on low flame.
  • Now add butter to the pan and wait till it melts.
  • Now add chopped garlic cloves to the pan and cook for 1 minute.
  • After the garlic is cooked. Add whole wheat flour and continuously stir it cause it can form lumps in our sauce and cook for 1 minute.
  • Now add milk little-little and slowly-slowly and keep stirring with the whisk the sauce so it can't form lumps.
  • Reduce flame to low. Continue stirring and cooking until the mixture starts to thicken. It will take around 3-4 minutes depending on the size and thickness of the pan. When the mixture starts to coat the back of a spoon.
  • Now add black pepper, oregano, chilli flakes and salt to taste to sauce.
  • Mix well.

How to make white sauce pasta (Final step)

  • Add your sauteed vegetables and boiled pasta to the sauce and mix it well on a low flame.
  • Now serve it and enjoy.

Do not over boil pasta.
