  • 1 x Pan
  • 1 x cup
  • 2 x Spatula
  • Spoon
  • Bowl

Ingredients
  

For batter

  • ½ cup of all-purpose flour Maida
  • ½ cup of corn flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • Salt
  • Water
  • Oil for deep fry

For cooking cauliflower

  • 1 Cauliflower cut into small pieces
  • 2 tbsp Salt
  • Water
  • ½ cup Milk
  • Oil - for deep frying

For Sauce

  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 2 tbsp Ginger finely chopped
  • 3 tbsp Garlic finely chopped
  • 2 Green Chilli chopped
  • 1 Onion diced
  • 1 Capsicum diced
  • ½ tbsp Chilli Powder
  • 3 tbsp Red Chilli Sauce
  • 3 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
  • 1 tsp Vinegar
  • 3 tbsp Green Chilli Sauce
  • 1 tsp Soy Sauce
  • Spring Onion for garnishing
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tsp Sugar
  • 2 tsp Cornflour with some water

Instructions
 

How to make chilli gobhi

  • Take a wok or pan and pour milk and water into it.
  • Now boil cauliflower pieces for 5 minutes.
  • Now drain the water put it on the side wait for cooldown.
  • Now take another wok or pan and pour oil into it to deep fry.
  • Now prepare the batter by mixing up all the ingredients in the batter list.
  • Now dip the pieces of boiled cauliflower into the batter and deep fry them.

How to make chilli gobhi chilli sauce

  • Now take a pan and pour 2 tbsp oil in it and heat it.
  • Now add ginger, garlic, onions and green chillies and fry them for 1 minute.
  • Now add capsicum and saute it.
  • Now add salt, chilli powder and sugar and mix it well.
  • Add all the sauces and mix well.
  • Now add fried gobhi or cauliflower and mix well.
  • Mix well and cook it for 2 mins.
  • Now add corn flour mixed in water 2 tbsp each.
  • Now cook for 1 minute.
  • Garnish it with green onion and coriander leaves.
  • Kudos!!! Your chilli gobhi is now ready to serve.

Notes

Do not overboil cauliflower.
Do not add extra salt because sauces already consist of salt.
