Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups of Noodle
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp garlic finely chopped
  • ¼ cup finely chopped spring onions.
  • ½ cup sliced capsicum
  • ½ cup carrot chopped
  • ½ cup shredded cabbage
  • 1 tbsp schezwan sauce
  • 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • Salt

  • Take a wok and fry noodles

How to make chinese bhel.

  • Heat the oil in non-stick pan or a wok and saute garlic for few seconds.
  • Now add spring onions, capsicum, carrot and cabbage.
  • Add schezwan sauce, tomato ketchup, salt mix well and cook on high flame on 30 seconds.
  • Turn off the heat and transfer it to the deep bowl.
  • Now add fried noodles and toss the noodle.
  • Serve the chinese bhel with garnish of spring onions.

Do not add extra salt because sauces already consist of salt.
Do not overtry noodles.
