- 1 cup sliced shiitake mushrooms
- 1 cup julienned zucchini
- 1 cup thinly sliced carrots
- 1 cup chopped green onions
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup water
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Vegetable oil for frying
In a bowl, whisk together flour, water, soy sauce, sesame oil, baking powder, salt, and pepper to create the batter.
