  • Now add water, and yoghurt in a kneading bowl and mix it well until it turns shaggy dough and knead it for 5 minutes.
  • It may look sticky at first but do not add extra dough.
  • Now take a fresh plate, sprinkle some flour, and knead dough to make perfect round-shaped dough.
  • Now cover it and let it rest for 1 hour.
  • Now take a rolling board and roller cut the dough into perfect round small balls and roll the dough in a round oval shape.
  • Preheat a cast iron (tawa) pan for 5 minutes on medium-high heat. You’ll know it’s hot enough when you sprinkle it with water and it beads and evaporates immediately.
  • Now put one naan on the pan and let it cook for 1 minute.
  • Now turn the pan around facing towards the burner to let it cook from both sides.
  • Cooking naan like this will add extra flavours to your naan.
  • Now take a plate and transfer the cooked naan into the plate.
  • Add some dhania or cilantro to the melted butter.
  • Now brush the butter over the naan and serve it hot.
