Ingredients
  

  • Pudina Chutney recipe
  • cups fresh mint leaves remove stems
  • 1 cup fresh cilantro or dhaniya only leaves.
  • 2-3 garlic cloves Peeled
  • ¼ ginger peeled
  • ½ tbsp of red chilli
  • 1 lemon juice
  • ½ tbsp of salt
  • ½ tbsp roasted cumin
  • ½ teaspoon chaat masala
  • 1 teaspoon sugar adjust to taste
  • ¼ cup ice cubes
  • ½ cup curd

How to make pudina chutney.

  • Wash and dry Dhaniya and pudina
  • Now peel ginger and garlic
  • Now add all the ingredients into the grinder.
  • Now add ice cubes and chilled water.
  • Now grind all the ingredients together and make a fine smoothie.
  • Now add half cup curd into the pudina chutney.
  • Mix well.
