  • 1 x Frying pan.

Ingredients
  

  • 50 grams Kashmiri red chilli
  • 50 grams spicy dried red chilli
  • water for soaking
  • ½ cup of oil
  • 1 cup garlic finely chopped
  • ½ cup ginger finely chopped
  • 3 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • ½ tsp Black pepper powder
  • Salt

How to make chezwan sauce/chutney

  • Take a bowl and add both of the chillies powder and dry.
  • Soak in water for 30 minutes,
  • After 30 min drain all the water and keep aside for 5 minutes to cool down.
  • Now grind and make a fine paste.
  • Take a pan and heat the oil.
  • Now stir fry ginger and garlic. Do not turn brown.
  • Add a prepared chilli paste and mix it well.
  • Continue to cook till oil separates.
  • Add tomato sauce, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, black pepper powder and salt in the above-mentioned quantity.
  • Mix well and make sure everything is well combined.
  • Cook for 2 minutes.
  • Now turn off the flame and leave it uncovered for cooling down.

    Add salt accordingly because sauces already consist of salt.
